Dear Customer,
As a follow up to the letter you have received from us a few weeks ago regarding the unforeseen delay in delivering your products to you, I would like to write to you personally to assure you that we have every intention of fulfilling our commitment.
As you know, we have faced a series of challenges in the last five months that has affected the way we do business. From May 2008, authorities in Tamilnadu have taken into custody all the products that we had in our storage, ready for shipment to customers, as part of their investigation. Due to this, we are unable to ship your products at this moment.
As we are making some progress on the legal front to prove our legitimacy, we are in the process of applying to the authorities for recovery of all property. I would like to assure you that your order is safe and known to us. Please rest assured that ALL products will be delivered as soon as this situation is resolved.
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We truly appreciate your understanding as we move closer to resuming our regular business operations.
